PH-05 - Submission - Melbourne Fringe Furniture Exhibition 2013

After long experimentation with paper and folded forms PH-05 was born out of the necessity to create something from the numerous ideas. Borrowing elements from origami and wooden dinosaur skeleton models it attempts to make lamps fun and magical.

Made from laser-cut plywood and Tyvek, PH-05 is pieced together by the user. The folded Tyvek is individually made by the designer, it's flame retardant and tear resistant, and rests on the wooden structure without any structural support.
